This spa town is located southward of Teplice at the border of the Ceske stredohori highland. The river Bilina crosses the whole town, which is surrounded by dominant hills of the Kusne hory mountains.
The spa is specialized on viscera illness among all, but it is often visited for its location close to the national park and the Boren hill.
There is an educational path leading right from the spa centre, which informs about the town and spa history.
